By accessing or using the Live Quizzing website at livequizzing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Live Quizzing provides a platform for quiz league management, live quiz participation, raffle ticket purchases, event booking, and community features. The service is operated from Ireland and is primarily intended for users in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments & Purchases

Certain features — including raffle tickets, event access, and game passes — require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Raffle tickets are sold in accordance with Irish gambling laws. Participants must be 18 or older.
• We reserve the right to cancel a raffle or event and issue a full refund in exceptional circumstances.

5. Raffles & Prize Draws

• All raffles are conducted fairly using randomised draw systems.
• Winners are notified by email. Unclaimed prizes after 30 days may be forfeited.
• Employees and administrators of Live Quizzing are not eligible to enter raffles.
• Participation in raffles constitutes acceptance of the specific draw's terms.

6. Community & User Content

Users may submit content including forum posts, community quiz questions, and event submissions. By submitting content, you:

• Confirm the content is your own original work or that you have the right to share it.
• Grant Live Quizzing a non-exclusive licence to display the content on our platform.
• Agree not to post content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or violates others' rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

7. Advertising

Live Quizzing displays advertisements through Google AdSense and may also feature paid advertisements from local businesses. Advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content. We do not endorse the products or services advertised by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Live Quizzing — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Live Quizzing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Quizzing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
